One question that gets asked a lot is “what is the difference between a private tour and a regular tour of a National Park?” To explain not only what a private tour entails but also what are the benefits of a private tour, we should first begin by discussing what you are looking for. If you are seeking a tour that will pick you up at your hotel room in Las Vegas, transport you to and from a National Park including your lunch (or meals, if the tour takes more than one day,) and allow you to explore the best areas of our southwestern National Parks the way you choose to, while being lead and informed about the area by some of the best tour guides in the business, then a regular tour or a private tour is fine for you. The only thing you are going to decide between is if you would prefer to share the bus and tour with roughly 20 people that you have just met, or if you would like to have the tour include nobody except the people you invite.
Our private tours are arranged in a way that allows you to make the decisions as far as where we visit, what we do while we are there, and who will be joining you on the tour. There will be no outside people invited who are not within your party, and your tour itself will be completely customized for you. The private tours are perfect for those who have large groups of people such as extended family or friends, or those who would like to experience the beauty of our National Parks tours but would rather not spend it with strangers. Either way, the private tours allow you to choose the guest list.
Why book a private tour? The easiest answer aside from choosing the entire guest list yourself is that you can tell us what you would like to do and where you would like to go. If you would like to spend more time than our typical tours allow for in the Grand Canyon, then we can arrange that. If you would like to take an extended tour through National Parks that we typically do not service with our standard tours, that can be arranged as well. If you would like to take a full month exploring multiple National Parks, and would like an experienced guide to take you on the adventure of a lifetime, it can be arranged. Even though our typical tours allow for people to explore at their own pace and in their own way, the schedules still are fixed so you will only have a certain amount of time to spend. If you want to spend a significant mount of time longer in one area than in another, it can be arranged.
Private tours of National Parks are one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself and your family or friends. There is no better way to fully understand the true beauty of nature than living with it for as long as you need. We provide you with as much time as you need.
